Islamabad: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal has said that nefarious propaganda is consecutively continued against the graft buster body just spread of coronavirus not poured on the body while all other accusations have been leveled on the body.
Addressing Aiwan-e- Sanat-o-Tajarat, Chairman NAB said that the body recovered billions of rupees and submitted it to the national exchequer adding that the country will be stronger if economy is strong.
He said that millions of people get employment through traders and investors and the body didn’t ask any investors till date where from you brought investment.
Chairman NAB said that there is a difference between real businessman and a robber and the NAB never ever tease any real businessman while a case of robber is forwarded by keeping eye on laws.
He challenged that if someone proved that any trader left the country in fear of the NAB then he will go home.
Lamented on critiques of the NAB,those who are facing cases in the NAB are criticising the body adding that every allegation has been leveled on the NAB and the NAB accepted all the allegations with open heart.
He clarified that no bullying, intimidation, and blackmail can stand in the way.
