National Karate Team Will Leave For Iran Today To Participate in Asian Karate Championship

Karachi: National Karate Team will leave for Iran today (Thursday) to participate in the Asian Championship.

The 24-member National Karate National team will compete in the second IKD Karate Asian Championship.

The second IKD Karate championship will be held in Isphahan, city of Iran, from August 14 to 19.

The host Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Nepal, Azerbaijan, Iraq, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Oman including others country as well participate in the championship.

The national team will attend the Asian Championship in the lead of IKD Pakistan President and Chief instructor Jalaluddin.

The national team squad included five women and 19 men players and officials are included in the national squad.

The players squad of five women and 19 men in their categoris are, Hamza Nawaz minus 30 Kg weight category, Tanzela Nawaz minus 35 Kg weight category, Hamad minus 35 Kilo weight category.

Zain Uddin minus 45 kilo weight category, Abida Batool minus 45 kilo weight category, Asam Uddin minus 50 Kilo weight category. Kiran Iqbal minus 55 kilo weight category, Shoib Ahmed, minus 55 kilo weight category.

Muhammad Aslam minus 60 kilo weight category, Salahuddin minus 60 Kilo weight category. Hania Durrani minus 60 kilo weight, Syeda Alishba Rizvi, minus 65 kilo weight category, Tayyib Ali minus 65 weight category.

Whereas officials included in the squad are Sharjeel Goplani, Saleem Khan, Muhammad Saleem, Muhammad Aslam, Muhammad Qasim, Hamid Arif, Allah Rakha, Muhammad Nawaz, Syed Abbass Raza.
