NATO aerial strike in Kunduz province, 30 citizens killed, several injured

At least 30 citizens have been killed and several injured in aerial strikes in Kunduz province of Afghanistan, while two US soldiers and Shadow Governor including 26 Taliban have been killed in fights.

According to foreign news agency, NATO forces carried out aerial strikes during the whole night, after which the rescue teams shifted the injured and 30 dead bodies of citizens including women and children found from destroyed houses.

NATO Forces Commander General John W. Nicholson has claimed that shadow governor including 26 Taliban have been killed, while 27 injured, while two US soldiers and four Afghan soldiers have also been killed.

Meanwhile, US Defense Minister Ash Carter, in a statement released from Washington, expressed regrets over killing of two US soldiers in Kunduz fight and killing of Afghan citizens in aerial strike by NATO forces.
