Pak-Oman Naval Chiefs Discuss Navy Role in Region

Islamabad (November 28, 2017): Royal Navy of Oman Commander Rear Admiral Abdullah Bin Khamis Al-Raisi called on Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi in Islamabad on Tuesday.

They exchanged matters of mutual interest and professional affairs.

Earlier, the Commander Royal Navy of Oman also inspected the guard of honour on his arrival.

Naval Chief briefed him regarding the coalition maritime campaign plan and steps for anti-thief operations.

According to spokesperson, Oman Naval chief was also briefed regarding the maritime situation in the region and the role of the Pakistan Navy in details.

The Oman Naval Chief hailed the role of Pakistan navy for the restoration of peace and stability in the region.
