NEW DELHI: The Nawab of Junagarh, while exposing the ugly face of India, said that India is in fact a name of hypocrisy, double standards, violation of minorities and fundamental rights.
According to the details, the Nawab of Junagarh told the world the painful story of the partition of India. He highlighted the two contradictory faces of India on the same incident.
On October 27, 1947, on the basis of the Maharaja s conspiracy, the so-called annexation was made the basis for the military occupation of Kashmir. Only 13 days later, on November 9, 1947, in response to the accession with Pakistan by the Nawab of Junagarh, Junagarh was captured by Indian forces.
Nawab of Junagarh said that the decision of accession of Junagarh with the state of Pakistan was done with the approval of Junagarh State Council. India trampled on this legal accession at gunpoint.
He said that India not only trampled on the accession but also held a so-called referendum in the shadow of guns. But the strength of the Indian army achieved the desired goal. If India is so fond of referendums, then it should hold a referendum in Kashmir in accordance with UN resolutions.
