Lahore (November 04, 2017): Former Prime Minister and President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif on Saturday held consultations with close party aides over overall political situation and party’s preparation for next general elections.
Railway Minister Saad Rafique and Speaker National Assembly among other PML-N leaders called on Nawaz Sharif at Jati Umrah and discussed with him different issues specially party’s preparation for next general elections.

During the meeting, it was decided that the PML-N would launch its elections campaign for next year’s election b y holding a public meeting in Abbotabad on November 9, 2017.
It was agreed upon in the meeting to intensify party’s campaign in South Punjab and public meeting will be organized in other cities of the country too.
The meeting also discussed strategy to end the grouping in PML-N and address the internal differences.
