Nawaz Sharif Hosts Mehfil-e-Milad at Jati Umra

Lahore (December 01, 2017): The former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has hosted auspicious Mehfil-e-Milad on the eve of Eid Milad ul Nabi at his residence Jati Umra in Lahore while Chief Minister Punjab and other party leadersship and supporters attended the congregation.

The Eid Milad ul Nabi (PBUH) being celebrated across the country and an auspicious and felicitous Mehfil was also hosted by the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and was attended by the Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz and other party leaders accompanied with workers.

The religious schoalrs have highlighted the various corners of the life of Hazarat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), Serat-e-Tayyab, and the prominent Naat Khawan paid tribute to Nabi (PBUH) through their Naats.At the end of the Mehfil-e-Milad known religious personality of Chakwal Pir Zafar Manzoor offered pray particularly for the immediate recovery of ailing Begum Kalsoom Nawaz.Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League– Nawaz’s President Nawaz Sharif on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) said that youth should be introduced to the real teachings of the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon Him).

“We should protect the rights of minorities and discourage those who want to divide the nation,” the PML-N president said, adding that those spreading discord should be discouraged.Nawaz Sharif’s Message on Eid Milad-un-NabiThe nation should take lessons from Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) life and promulgate brotherhood and peace among themselves, Nawaz Sharif said.

He said that Allah Almighty sent the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a benefaction for all the worlds and his life has been termed as a true manifestation of the Holy Quran, having complete guidance and the right way for the Muslims. The pious character and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) cover the whole span of life of every human being.
