Lahore (August 22, 2017): ٖٖFormer Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for London in couple of days to inquire health of his wife Kalsoom Nawaz, who was in London and diagnosed with cancer. He will stay there during his wife’s treatment.
According sources, ousted PM Nawaz Sharif will leave for London on Thursday and will stay during Kalsoom Nawaz’s cancer treatment. It is also revealed that other members of the Sharif family will also leave for London soon.
Source revealed that Kalsoom Nawaz treatment will last two to three weeks. Sources also said that the decision of Nawaz Sharif’s return to Pakistan will be taken after the Eid-ul-Azha.
Earlier, Kulsoom Nawaz has reportedly been diagnosed with throat cancer.
According to British doctors treating the former premier’s wife, her cancer can be treated. Kulsoom’s treatment will begin in a few days.
The former premier’s wife suddenly left for London on August 17 for medical checkups at the time when nomination papers for NA-120 were being scrutinised.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Hamza Shahbaz left for London today, Tuesday, morning along with his family head of the NA-120 by-elections.
Speaking to the party’s committee tasked to run the election campaign for NA-120 by-poll, Hamza said the party’s candidate, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz, was like his own mother and he considered her election his own.
