New York Declared As Smartest City

Web Desk (July 14, 2018): New York has been declared the smartest city in the world by Forbes. London and Paris are just behind the big apple, taking the 2nd and 3rd spots respectively.

Smart City, surveyed 165 cities from 80 countries, across nine dimensions including human capital, social cohesion, economy, environment, governance, urban planning, international outreach, technology, and mobility and transportation.Forbes declared Tokyo as 4th smartest city after New York, London and Paris. While, Reykjavik, Singapore, Seoul were ranked as 5th, 6th and 7th smartest cities respectively.

Toronto was placed 8th in the list of top 10 smartest cities, while, Hong Kong and Amsterdam were placed at 9th and 10th.
