Lahore (October 25, 2018): Newborn baby girl was abducted from Jinnah Hospital Lahore
Resident of Kot Lakhpat, Nadeem and his wife’s baby girl who was born at Jinnah Hospital at 2pm on Wednesday, was kidnapped at 9pm the same day.

The baby was in the hospital room with her mother and grandmother when an unknown veiled woman took the infant stating that she was going to administer a vaccination but never returned, police added.
A rickshaw driver was detained by the police after identifying him through CCTV footage and Safe City cameras. The police had found that the rickshaw driver had dropped off the woman at Daroghawala area and returned to Jinnah Hospital.
The driver also works as a guard at the hospital, police said.
Meanwhile, the medical superintendent of Jinnah Hospital has made a three-member team to probe the matter.
Earlier in August, a newly born baby was kidnapped from gynae ward of Jinnah Hospital. Case was registered on Garden police station, whereas hospital administration also formed a committee to investigate the matter.
Parents of the newly born baby had protested against the administration of the hospital.
