Islamabad (July 23, 2017): Federal Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan will address an anxiously awaited press conference here at 5 p.m. today.
Nisar is seen missing from many important meetings of ruling PMLN party aimed at chalking out a strategy pertaining to the Panama Papers case, whose judgment has been reserved by the Supreme Court.

Reports have been pouring out from the federal capital here that Nisar has decided to part ways with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to end his three-decade long association with him primary over what he feels was mishandling of the affairs during the hearing of Panama case by the Supreme Court.
Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif was reported given the task to meet Nisar to better understand the reported reservations and grievances. Sources claimed Shahbaz met Nisar yesterday after a number of federal ministers including Khawaja Saad Rafique, Rana Tanveer and Shahid Khaqan Abbasi visited Nisar but failed to convince him on Friday night.
Sources also said that Nisar apprised Shahbaz, who is considered his one of the closest aide, about his reservations over the central leadership of the PMLN.
