ISLAMABAD: Binning bail plea of a man suspected of stealing gasoline, Supreme Court of Pakistan on Wednesday issued remarks that no bail will be granted to those involved in gas theft.
A three-judge bench of the Supreme Court headed by acting Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed heard on a petition of Alamgir Khan who is accused of gas theft.
During the hearing Justice Aijazul Hasan remarked: “The suspect used to transform stolen gas into electricity and sale it. Whenever pertaining authorities came for investigating the matter, accused used to point pistol at the officials.”
