ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) central Punjab president Qamar Uzaman Kaira has said that when the party decided sit-in against the government then nobody even PM Imran could not stop for holding the protest.
Addressing a presser with the party general secretary Chaudhry Manzoor, Qamar Uzaman Kaira said that party workers once again arrested from Islamabad High Court as the earlier arrested activists were placed in the death cell.
Lamenting on the government, he said that the government should not compel the party that it started sloganeering in front of the government buildings.
Chaudhry Manzoor said that we handed over the application to police for lodging FIR against the Sheikh Rasheed but Police refused to do so adding that they will knock the doors of court and election commission in this connection.
