Sukkur (September 16, 2017): Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah said on Saturday that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz have no choice but to accept Supreme Court’s decision in the Panama case issue.
Talking to media in Sukkur, Shah said that Imran Khan blamed PML-N for defying court but Imran himself was doing the same thing.
He said that had there been 25 percent of the development works carried out in Sindh was done in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa he would appreciate it.
He flayed PTI-led KP government for it poor performance. To a question he said that he was reservations over warming ties between the Muttahida Quami Movement-Pakistan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
He further said that the political parties had the right to bring in their leader to represent opposition.
“If Imran doesn’t accept the decision then how will the institutions function?” said Shah.
The Opposition leader said that the ECP was a state institution and should be respected.
Khursheed Shah said the name for the new chairman of the National Accountability Bureau had not been finalised.
On Thursday, Shah said that he met Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi for the appointment of the chairman NAB, adding that he did not present any grievances before the premier.
