Occupied Kashmir: Curfew enters 51st day, acute shortage of food, drugs

As Indian atrocities go unstopped the curfew continues for the 51st day in Occupied Kashmir. Since July 8 Indian army has martyred 89 and wounded over 8,000 innocent and unarmed Kashmiris.

The extended imposition of the curfew by the occupational army has resulted in acute shortage of food and medicines.

The occupational army arrested Syed Ali Gilani and hundreds of innocent Kashmiris yesterday and resorted to firing, shelling, and baton lashing to disperse Kashmiris marchers demanding right of self-determination. Hundreds of Kashmiris have lost eye sight after being hit by pellet guns used by the Indian army.

Shabbir Shah, Yaseen Malik and other Hurriet leaders have been house arrested while late last night chairman of Hurriet Conference Mirwaiz Umer Farooq was shifted to Chashmasap Jail.

Hurriet leaders have extended the protest till September 1.
