SUKKUR: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Syed Khursheed Shah on Saturday has criticized National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for favouring Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
Addressing to media in Sukkur the PPP leader criticised NAB for its attempt to arrest Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz and said that according to anti-graft body’s narrative only political leaders are corrupt in the country.
“It is a wrong trend to arrest political leaders only under corruption charges,” said Khursheed.
“If NAB is an autonomous institution then why it is arresting people from opposition parties only?” question Shah.
In response to a question over PTI-MQM alliance, he said that both are two opposite sides of the same coin as the both have sympathies with proscribed organizations and terrorist outfits.
