Opposition Demands Daily Hearing Of Foreign Funding Case

Islamabad: The opposition parties have demanded the trial of foreign funding case against the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on a daily basis.

Talking to media in this regard ouside the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal hoped that the ECP will resolve this matter in a transparent manner.

The PML-N leader said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has been on NRO for six years while he claimed that the PM will be declared disqualified as the case decided.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Raja Pervez Ashraf said that the foreign funding case has been pending for six years. While he said that they are ready for their party accounts to be checked by the ECP.

Later, the PDM also presented memorandum of yesterday protest in the ECP.
