Lahore: The Opposition Parties have finalized strategy on the matter of vote of confidence of Prime Minister.
Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and vice-president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in a meeting finalized strategy for National Assembly session called for the vote of confidence of the PM.
For the strategy both the leaders have conducted thorough consultations with other leaders of the PDM parties. The opposition has decided they all will attend the NA session convened for tomorrow.
Sources said that the opposition members have been directed to reach parliament house at all cost.
Under the strategy, Opposition Leader in the NA Shahbaz Sharif will try to talk on a point of order while if speaker refuses then protest will be conducted. While a matter of not issuing productions orders will be raised.
The opposition will also lodge protest on attitude of Speaker Asad Qaiser while the opposition will attend the session with play cards. Opposition will criticise Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The PDM also decided that the opposition will not take part in the voting for vote of confidence.
