ISLAMABAD: Opposition’s Rahbar Committee will meet on Tuesday (today) to hold consultations regarding Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) Azadi March.
According to sources, the Rahbar Committee convener Akram Durrani will chair the meeting in Islamabad.
The current political situation in the country will be reviewed during the meeting while Akram Durrani will take the opposition parties into the confidence regarding JUI-F’s ‘plan B’.
Sources said that the JUI-F will try to convince Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) to take part in the party’s plan B.
The committee will also discuss the deteriorating health of former premier Nawaz Sharif and ex-president Asif Ali Zardari.
