ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordering to halt operation against the cabins established in the capital Islamabad until July 3 and asked the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to submit a master plan of the city in the court.
The IHC heard the petition against the operation for cabins established around the capital territory.
On commencement of the hearing, the petitioner contended that the CDA had provided licenses to cabins and now they were bulldozing the cabins despite having licenses.
On which the IHC bench extended its order stopping operation the cabins until July 3, besides that the IHC also asked the CDA to submit the master plan of the city as well details of 485 cabins established in the country.
The court has ordered the CDA to avoid any action against the cabins.
