First phase of Indus Water Commissioners talk between Pakistan and India, held in Islamabad, has ended today, while the second phase of two-day talks will be held tomorrow. According to soures, Pakistan raised objection over designs of three under construction projects at Chenab River.
Pakistan has also sought briefing over dams designs. India will give reply to Pakistan’s objections tomorrow. Pakistani delegation demanded to visit the projects. Indian officials adopted stance that situations in Occupied Kashmir are not suitable for the delegation to visit.
