Pakistan Announces Squad for 1st Test Against England

MANCHESTER: Pakistan have announced their 16-man squad for the first Test against England, scheduled to start from August 5.

The first Test of the three-match series, which is a part of the ICC World Test Championship, will be played at Old Trafford, Manchester. Pakistan are led by Azhar Ali and white-ball skipper Babar Azam is his deputy.

Team: Azhar Ali (c), includes Babar Azam (vc), Abid Ali, Asad Shafiq, Fawad Alam, Imam-ul-Haq, Kashif Bhatti, Mohammad Abbas, Mohammad Rizwan, Naseem Shah, Sarfraz Ahmed, Shadab Khan, Shaheen Afridi, Shan Masood, Sohail Khan and Yasir Shah.
