Islamabad (July 02, 2018): Pakistan Navy ship “PNS ASLAT” visited Port of Aqaba in Jordan, says a press release issued by the spokesman of Pak Navy here on Monday.
On arrival at Aqaba, the officers of Royal Jordan Naval forces and Pakistani Defence Attaché in Jordan warmly received the ship.

According to the spokesperson of Pakistan Navy, Commodore Muhammad Faisal Abbasi is the mission commander of the visit.
On the occasion, the mission commander interacted with the Chief of Naval Staff of Jordan, Director General of maritime commission, deputy chief commissioner and Deputy Governor Aqaba and discussed professional matters.
The two counterparts met each other many times formally and informally during the stay.
The Jordanian officers expressed their goodwill for Pakistani nation and especially for the armed forces.
The dinner was also arranged at PNS Aslat which was honored by the presence of Jordanian Naval chief Brigadier FGeneral Ibrahim Salman Ali Al Naimat.
