KARACHI: Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafiq on Saturday said that he had accepted the challenge of Pakistan Railways’ rehabilitation and would complete the tack at any cost.
Addressing Railways workers, Saad Rafiq said that new railway engines were being purchased to improve the performance of department.
The Minister expressed his resolve that Pakistan Railways will be put on right track by controlling losses and increasing income.
He said services structure for employees will be announced by the end of next year.
He said that the PR was going down for the last 40 years and its complete rehabilitation would take some time.
