ISLAMABAD: Visiting Iranian delegation led by their Foreign Minister Javad Zarif held delegation-level talks with the Pakistani officials at Foreign Office in the federal capital.
Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi in the meeting reiterated that Pakistan is a peaceful nation and want a diplomatic problem of its conflicts.
He also insisted that Pakistan will always play its positive role in the reduction of the tensions between the Islamic countries.
The dignitaries of both of the countries mutually agreed to find the democratic solutions of the problems and to enhance the bilateral cooperation with the two countries.
Both delegations led by their foreign ministers also agreed to work on the previously agreed terms which were decided during the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s recent visit to Iran.
Iranian FM also thanked Pakistani counterpart for such a warm welcome upon their arrival.
It is pertinent to mention here that Iranian FM and his delegation will meet the top brass civil-military officials of Pakistan. This is the third visit of Iranian FM to Pakistan since assuming office.
