BRISBANE: Pakistan cricket team braces themselves for the test series against Australia. Head Coach Misbah is focusing on out of form players in the tour.
National team has started practicing at Gaba cricket ground in Brisbane for their first match of ICC Test Championship.
The first match of two-Test series is scheduled on Thursday, 21st November in Gaba where Pakistan has never won a test match. Second day-night match will be played on 29th November in Adelaide.
Asad Shafiq scored two centuries, Babar scored century and a half-century and Shan Masood also scored two half-centuries in the two practice matches.
Captain Azhar Ali along with Haris Sohail has failed so far in the tour. Azhar Ali rested for the two-day practice match due to fever.
Players are trying to make improvement in batting, bowling and fielding and trying to find out the best combination for the test matches.
Muhammad Abbas, Shaheeh Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah are expected to hold the pace attack for the first test.
The young pacer, Naseem Shah impressed everyone with his pace and momentum in the practice match despite of her mother’s demise.
