KARACHI: Naval Chief Admiral Zakaullah has said that Pakistan would respond any foreign aggression befittingly, adding that Pakistan desire for peace must not be misconstrued its weakness.
The Naval chief said this during inspection of ongoing Pak-China Naval exercises in the open sea near Karachi.
He said the joint exercises with China will promote the bilateral partnership. He said that Pakistan and China had strong and deep rooted relations.
The Naval chief said that the the Naval exercise gained more significance in the wake of CPEC and Gwadar Port.
A PN spokesman said that said that Admiral Zakaullah visited the Pakistan Navy Unit, and commended performance of the naval officers and men. Senior Captain of Chinese Ship Che Shing Tao received the Naval Chief. He also met the Chinese naval officers, and exchanged views on professional matters.
