Pakistani Sportsmen Do their Part for Better Turnout in GE 2018

Web Desk (July 24, 2018): General elections 2018 are almost here, and with all the arrangements happening around, Pakistani sportsmen took to their different social media accounts, urging people to go out and make their vote count.

According to details, players of National cricket team including Shoaib Malik, Muhammad Hafeez, Fakhar Zaman and Shadab Khan requested voters to use their vote in general elections on July 25.

Test opener Shoaib Malik urged the nation to vote for change and to think before voting.Cricket legend Wasim Akram said in his message that it is time to change Pakistan and to change the country. It is time to vote for Imran Khan.

Captain of Pakistan cricket team Sarfraz Ahmed in a video message urged the nation to vote for people who deserve a seat in the assembly.Former Test spinner Iqbal Qasim stressed in his message that one vote can change the country. While, former captain Salman Butt asks voters to use their vote for Pakistan and make the country stronger.

In a video that went viral on social media, Pakistan’s former captain Shahid Afridi’s daughters can also be seen urging people to vote for Imran Khan.Former Pakistani hockey team captain, Islahuddin stated that, to change the fate of the country it is important to make the correct use of your vote.
