Islamabad (July 7, 2017): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Friday presided over a consultative meeting of minister and senior leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) at Prime Minister House.
The meeting discussed the possible report of the joint investigation team (JIT) probing Sharif family’s offshore holdings and PML-N’s future strategy.
The meeting was attended among other by Federal Ministers Ishaq Dar, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Zahid Hamid, and advisors to PM.
The meeting discussed overall political situation of the country, JIT report and other issues.
The PM consulted his aides over the possible report of JIT and party’s future strategy regarding Panama case.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar briefed the meeting over the plunge in Pak Rupee’s value against dollar and its causes.
