ISLAMABAD: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on May 17 in the Park Lane case.
According to details, Bilawal has been summoned to the NAB Old Headquarters in Rawalpindi.
The spokesperson of PPP Chairman, Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar has confirmed that Bilawal will appear before the anti-graft watchdog on May 17.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has also summoned Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari in the Park Lane Company Case on May 16.
The anti-corruption body probe against former president continued against several cases including the Park Lane Case.
The PPP co-chairman directed to appear before the joint investigation formed by the NAB on May 16.
According to the NAB sources, the Park Lane Company granted the water supply contract while it did not carry out any work for water supply while the company accounts used to expend money on Naudero House of Asif Ali Zardari in Larkana.
Sources said that the former president was also summoned in the case last week but he could not appear.
It is pertinent to mention here that the PPP leader has taken the bail from the Islamabad High Court till May 15.
