Islamabad (March 10, 2018): The opposition leader in National Assembly and senior PPP leaders said that he was yet not consult over the name of chairman senate candidate, however Asif Zardari did not reject the name of Rabbani as chairman Senate.
Talking to media outside parliament he said that Zardari has not rejected the candidature of Rabbani as chairman Senate, however he has replied what the Nawaz Sharif offered regarding Rabbani.
Replying to a question, he said that party did not consult him over the issue as Party considered him busy in some other matters.
“Although PPP has not majority but accumulating opposition votes we can win the chairman senate seat, however the party view point can be more reliable than personal one,” he said.
