Pathankot Airbase: Intermittent gunfire and explosions

Indian Punjab: Indian army failed to kill terrorists after almost 33 hours of attack. Sounds of continuous gun fire and blasts could be heard.

Yesterday, Indian army claimed to killed more than five terrorist involved in Pathankot airbase attack. In an operation against terrorist one lieutenant colonel died while more than four army officials were injured.

According to Indian authorities, none of 29 air jets were been destroyed in the attack. After the attack surrounding areas of Pathankot were sealed while Indian government issued high alert in other cities.
