PCB all set to sue BCCI

KARACHI: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) all set to take legal action against Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for not honouring memorandum of understanding on series.

PCB likely to approach International Cricket Council (ICC) and International Court of Justice to seek compensation for losses it suffered due to India’s continuous refusal of playing series with Pakistan.

In 2014, BCCI signed a MoU with PCB to play six cricket series between 2015 and 2022 but didn’t honour its commitment till date.

PCB’s General Manager Legal Salman Naseer will lodge the case against BCCI in ICC and then in International Court of Justice. He  will also call on officials of National Crime Agency in connection with the spot fixing issue in London.
