PCB considering proposal to cut coaching staff

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is considering a proposal to cut coaching staff of the national team.

Sources said that the PCB was considering a proposal to cut the coaching staff. They added that if the proposal was approved, batting coach Grant Flower might be its first victim.

They added that Pakistan team coach Mickey Aurther was drawing a hefty Rs 1.6 million monthly salary, while the supporting staff are drawing Rs 0.8 million each as salary. But dispute the hefty packages and an army of supporting staff there is no visible improvement in the performance of the national team.
