Selection Committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided not to include Umar Akmal, Ahmed Shahzad and Shahid Afridi in only T-20 match against England while it has been decided to include fast bowler Amad Butt.
Selection Committee sources said that Umar Akmal and Ahmed Shahzad will not be included in the one and only twenty over match. The duo has been out of the team since after World T-20.
Sources said that it is also decided not to consider Shahid Afridi as well. The selection committee said that the former T-20 captain took wrong decision by not playing domestic T-20. If Afridi is serious to join the team again then he should take part in domestic events while the selection committee decided to include fast bowler Amad Butt for the T-20 against England.
Pakistan team announcement for the T-20 against England will be made after third ODI. Pakistan and England will come face to face for T-20 on September 7.
