Bajur Agency (16 February, 2018): A Peace Committee member was on Friday killed after a remote controlled device exploded in Tehsil Mamond area of Bajur Agency.
According to sources, the blast incident occurred alongside the road in Tehsil Mamond, killing peace Committee member Abdul Rehman.
The security forces cordoned off the area after the incident and initiated search operation to arrest the culprits.
On 15 February, a tribal elder was killed and two others injured when a mine exploded near his vehicle in Lower Orakzai Agency area of Federally Administered Tribal Area.
According to security sources, the blast targeted the vehicle of Tribal elder Malik Shah when he was moving towards Hangu from Orakzai Agency.
