KARACHI: People of Karachi are being forced to eat vegetables grown in the polluted water.
As per details, the vegetables are being cultivated on the contaminated water of factories in area of Malir, which is creating diseases among the people of the port city.
Al most six hundred acres of land is being aggregated on the contaminated water of the factories in the Malir district, which is not only harmful to the water species but for human beings too.
According to the doctors the vegetables grown in the factory hazardous water used to be transported to the Sabzi Mandi and from where they are transported to the every corner of the city and people just don’t differentiate among the vegetables grown in this water.
