ISLAMABAD: Petroleum Division has removed acting MD of Pakistan LNG Terminal Limited Nadeem Nazir from his post on charges of making excess payments to LNG suppliers.
According to the spokesperson of the Petroleum Division, Nadeem Nazir, Acting MD of Pakistan LNG Terminal Limited, has been relieved of the additional charge. The Petroleum Division has formed a three-member committee to look into the matter.
Government Holdings (Private) Limited (GHPL) CEO Masood Nabi will head the probe committee that will look into excess payments made to LNG suppliers. According to sources, Nadeem Nazir will be sacked from the post of chief financial officer as well if he is found guilty.
