Petroleum Prices Likely to Cut Up to Rs 6 Per Litre

Islamabad (August 30, 2018): The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) on Thursday sent a summary to Petroleum Division for cut in petroleum products prices up to Rs.6.

The sources said that the summary was prepared on the basis of present sales tax and petroleum levy situation, however, the final decision will be taken by the finance ministry tomorrow, Friday.

According to the summary, OGRA suggested Rs two per liter cut in petrol price, Rs 6 per liter in high-speed diesel, reduction of.30 paisa in kerosene oil per liter and .70 paisa increase in light speed diesel price.
