ISLAMABAD: The first-ever direct flight of Pakistan International Airline (PIA) left for America in the history of Pakistan.
The national carrier had asked permission from America to allow it to run direct flights.

According to PIA for the first time in the history of Pakistan, the direct flight will reach the USA city of New Jersy from Pakistan.
The PIA flight 8711 has left for the USA carrying more than 200 passengers early morning today.
The spokesman added if allowed permanent basis, PIA has the intention to run direct flights for the USA.
