Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has completed the consultation for reshuffle in the federal cabinet,sources said.
According to sources, changes are likely in the ministry of information, energy, aviation, economic affairs and Kashmir committee. While the decision has been take inpriciple that Ministry of Information will be divided into two seperate parts.
Sources said that Minister of state will be appointed in the information ministry while special assistatant will be designated in broadcasting. Sources further said that Federal Minister for economic affairs will not remain in his position.
It is likely that Minister of Information Shibli Faraz can be given charge of the Ministry of petroleum and aviation. Member of National Assembly (NA) Farukh Habib will be given portfolio of Minister of state.
It is expected that the Chairmanship of Kashmir committee will be taken back from Shaharyar Afridi while Fakhar Imam will be given charge of the Kashmir Committee.
