Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) has returned Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) petition for disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the Panama leaks after raising technical objections in it. On the other hand the PTI has decided to file appeal in the SC regarding objections.
The PTI’s central secretary information Naeem Ul Haq said that the party’s legal team in chair of Hamid Khan has started preparation for filling the appeal.
Naeem Ul Haq said that the party’s legal team will remove objections raised by the registrar of the SC while the appeal will be filed within few days.
It is pertinent to mention here that the PTI counsel Naeem Bukhari along with his team had filed the petition in the SC for disqualification of the PM over revelations in the Panama leaks.
