PM House Expressed Anger Over FBR For Not Redressing Public Complaints

ISLAMABAD: The Prime Minister House has expressed dismay over the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for showing less interest to redress the people complains.

The secretary PM Azam Khan had asked the Director-General (DB) FBR through a letter on December 19, 2018, to solve the complaints of a citizen, however, despite the passage of five months the complaint was not entertained.

He asked the DG FBR to submit a report to the PM office and explained the reason behind the delay in redressing the issue and in future make it sure to redress the complaints on an immediate basis.

It is pertinent to say that earlier PM office has sought to explain from FBR over the publication of false report regarding the solving the issues of the citizens.
