ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has canceled his tomorrow visit of Lahore over the tense situation at Line of Control (LoC) and grim situation of Occupied Kashmir.
Sources said that PM Imran Khan had to visit Lahore to initiate the Plant for Pakistan Day Plantation drive but due to the aggrieved situation of Indian Held Kashmir and the heated situation at the LoC the premier canceled his planned visit while the premier will remain in the office tomorrow.
Sources said that the plant for Pakistan Day will be observed throughout the country on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan while in Lahore from behalf of the premier Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar and Prime Minister Adviser on Climate Change will plant a tree.
It is pertinent to mention here that on the completion of one year of the PTI led government as many as 30 million plants will be distributed free among the masses.
It also pertinent to mention here that the PM had appealed to masses to plant two trees as an individual.
