ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan is chairing a meeting of the federal cabinet in Islamabad to discuss a five-point agenda.
According to sources, Interior Ministry will apprise the cabinet on current internal security of the country considering recent terrorist attacks in various regions.
Sources said that finance ministry will also brief the cabinet on development in talks with Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in China.
Cabinet will also discuss imposing conditions of IMF program whereas, it’s members will also authenticate decisions taken in previous Economic Coordination Meetings (ECC).
Moreover, the five-point agenda includes appointment of an external representative of the federal government for Monetary Policy Committee.
It also includes the appointment of a judge in Banking Court II of Karachi.
