GHOTKI: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Saturday has asked the former president Asif Ali Zardari and former premier Nawaz Sharif to return the looted amount if they wanted to be spared.
Addressing to a gathering in Ghotki he said, “Once Zardari and Nawaz called each other thieves now they are all together.”
“Sindh is enriched with natural resources and would have been the most developed province of the country but Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) led government has looted its resources and its people since decades,” he added.
“Despite being the largest producer of gas and other natural resources its people are living below the line of poverty,” he further added.
“After NFC everything is transmitted to the provinces by the federal government,” he said.
“In the past ten years Sindh has got Rs 234 billion in terms of royalty but all have been transferred to foreign accounts with the help of money laundering,” he asserted.
“The recent train march was started by Bilawal to save his father and ironically have looted the people there as well.” He concluded.
