ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday has announced to perform the groundbreaking ceremony of Islamabad, Quetta Housing schemes in the ongoing month.
The decision was made in a meeting chaired by PM Imran Khan. During the meeting Secretary housing briefed PM Imran about the ‘Naya Pakistan Housing’ scheme projects.
PM was informed that bill for the legislation regarding Naya Pakistan housing scheme has been sent to the cabinet committee.
According to details, around 110,000 houses will be built in Gwadar and Quetta during the first phase. Meanwhile, 19,000 apartments will be made in the federal capital.
The premier expressed satisfaction over the steady progress being made in the Naya Pakistan Housing Program.
