Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan will reach Peshawar on a day-long visit.
In the visit, the premier will be briefed on protective measures against the global pandemic coronavirus.
Besides, the overall situation arising out of the coronavirus will be also informed to the PM.
Yesterday, the PM had visited Quetta while he had called upon the nation to join hands with the government in war against coronavirus as it is the issue of entire country.
He was addressing a news conference at Governor House in Quetta on Wednesday afternoon.
Imran Khan said his visit to Balochistan is aimed at ascertaining the grievances and problems being face by the masses of the most backward and poor people in the province.
The Prime Minister maintained that he came here to extend cooperation to Balochistan government in providing maximum relief during the lock down.
He said the federal government would provide financial assistance to more than one hundred million lock down stricken people across the country.
The Prime Minister said Federal government is constantly in contact with all the provincial governments to combat with the Coronavirus emergency situation.
