PM not ready for accountability: Imran khan

Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has said that Supreme Court (SC) has asked answers of four questions but Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif after seven months not ready for accountability while the PTI will not take any such move that affect the SC hearing.

Talking to media outside his residence the PTI chief said that despite PM’s promise to present himself for accountability, the premier is not ready to be searched and time has been taken from the court referring to today’s trial of the panamagate.

The PTI chief said that “I don’t have any public office nor my name appeared in the Panama papers in spite of that i am ready for accountability, “.

He said that If the premier allowed his search earlier we all would have gone through the accountability process  until now.

Imran said that Sharif family informed that they bought apartments in Mayfair in London back in 2006 and their children are not dependent on the family while  ministers belonging to PML-N and Nawaz Sharif wife, Kulsoom Nawaz have admitted that these properties had bought in decade of 1990. He added that Shiekh Rasheed, Khawaja Asif, Chaudhry Nisar and Siddiq Ul Farooq have visited the apartments while he said that “I myself protested outside the Mayfair apartment in 1990’s.”

The PTI chief said that powerful person never faced accountability in country’s history but now the PM Nawaz Sharif must have to reply.

Imran told that he is happy that the SC gave only one week time.
