GWADAR: Prime Minister on Wednesday traveled to Gwadar from Pansi through road.
Sources said that in the first phase of his two-day visit, the Prime Minister reached Pasni from Karachi on Wednesday, where he was received by Governor Balochistan Muhammad Khan Achakzai and Chief Minister Sardar Sanaullah Zehri.
From Pasni, the Prime Minister traveled to Gwadar through road. The road from Pasni to Gwadar is 136 kilometere. On the occasion, the Prime Minister said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor was safest route for travel.
Director General Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) will brief the Prime Minister about development projects of the port city during a meeting later in the evening which will review the progress on CPEC projects.
During his two days stay the Prime Minister will also meet businessmen of the port city. The Prime Minister will also meet office-bearers of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Balochistan chapter and discussed with them party strategy for next general elections
